Russell D. Swanger, D. O. joined Augusta Obstetrics & Gynecology Specialists, LLC in March, 2010. Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, Dr. Swanger received his professional training at the University of Health Sciences in Kansas City, Missouri. He completed his residency at the New Hanover Medical Center in Wilmington, North Carolina. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Swanger is excited to be back in the Augusta area having practiced in Augusta previously for almost 10 years. He and his wife, Jamy, reside in Martinez and he has two daughters and a son.
